Turkey has been a member of the Council of Europe since 1949. It took over the presidency of the Committee of Ministers on 10 November 2010 and will hand over to Ukraine on 11 May 2011. This short film features leading Turkish political figures who have visited the Council of Europe during the last sixty years.
