The Roma settlement of Kamenci in the Slovenian region of Prekmurje launched an innovative project supported by the Council of Europe called the European Route of Roma Culture and Heritage. The aim is to improve the integration of Roma people into mainstream society by encouraging better knowledge of their culture and heritage.
